"Decent parts, but too expensive"
The rigging parts I ordered were okay and did what they were supposed to, but the total cost felt high once shipping was added. I also got annoyed having to go through verification more than once during the process, which made the whole thing feel like more of a hassle than it needed to be. Afterward, I found similar parts for less elsewhere, so I probably wouldn’t order again unless there was a good sale...

"Everything showed up just how I ordered it"
I ordered a few rigging parts and, i was kind of expecting at least one thing to be off because that seems to happen so often. But nope, everything matched exactly what I picked, sizes included. No missing pieces, no random substitutions, and the box showed up in good shape too. It’s a basic thing, but I remember thinking, “Okay, nice, they actually got the order right.” Definitely appreciated.

I was surprised by how much rigging gear they had. I found more options than I expected, and it was really easy to compare sizes and pick what I needed. My local stores didn’t have half of this stuff, so ordering here saved me a lot of time and driving around.

I ordered a few rigging parts from usrigging.com and overall I’m happy with them. The pieces feel solid and well-made, not cheap at all, and everything matched what I was expecting. They’ve held up well so far. My only small gripe is that I was expecting the instructions or guidance to be a bit clearer, especially for someone double-checking setup details. Still, I’d buy from them again

"Helpful service without any hassle"
I had a question about which rigging part I needed and they got back to me quickly. The person I spoke with was patient and didn’t make me feel silly for asking a basic question, which I appreciated. After that, the order went through smoothly. Overall, it was a solid experience and I’d be fine using usrigging.com again.
